Each program is specially designed to meet your needs. Eastwick team members will work with you in advance to identify and understand your group’s needs, opportunities, challenges and desired outcomes. From this we will develop content and a format that is targeted to you.
Led by one or more of our dynamic expert associates, we will provide actionable solutions that are relevant to your group’s needs, level of experience, market circumstances and budgets. Programs and workshops are available for one-half day, one day, and two day sessions; audits for destination assets require 4 days. A combination of these can be organized to complement and reinforce messaging and achieve goals. You and your members will come away from these sessions equipped with practical tips and ideas that can be implemented regardless of expertise or budget.

Our team of experts include tour operators and will conduct a group tour-centric program that covers everything from tour definitions, basic marketing, and product positioning to how to host groups of all types and budgets. This workshop is aimed at more seasoned group tour professionals and will provide an inside look at current issues that tour operators are dealing with and how you can position your destination or product to add value and to gain a competitive edge. The afternoon will be capped off with breakout sessions to generate specific solutions and ideas.(1 day workshop).

We will cover the basics and beyond in this workshop to provide you with basic tools on how to define your brand and brand promise, and leverage it for maximum profitability. (1 day seminar)
DIY Marketing: Empowering Merchants To Promote Their Businesses
Being a Main Street manager is a little like being a doctor in the emergency ward! Everyone needs your help and attention to make them healthy and happy and they need it now! Our workshop will provide marketing, merchandising and promotion tools so local merchants and restaurants can build a toolbox that works for them.
